Mountain Culture - Autopilot Oat Cream IPA _MIX6 Blended Sour Imperial Stout"Autopilot is an all American hopped Oat Cream IPA and one we really pushed the limits with. To start, we pushed the chloride: sulfate ratio as far as we could, then threw in our largest percentage of rolled and flaked adjuncts to increase the haze and mouthfeel. And now for the important part We threw in six of our favourite American hops including Idaho 7 cryo, Citra cryo and Amarillo as late whirlpool additions and then excessive amounts of Citra
